First Tee — South Puget Sound is comprised of three full-time team members; Executive Director, Marketing & Communications Director, and Program Director. Ryan Kallenberger, Executive Director, has been with First Tee — South Puget Sound since its inception in 2011. Allie Bordeaux, Marketing & Communications Director, began with First Tee — South Puget Sound as an intern in 2013 and joined the team again in 2018. Anne Bahr, Program Director, began as First Tee – South Puget Sound coach in 2017 and became Program Director in 2021. Ben Talbot, Player Development Coordinator Meadow Park Golf Course, began as a First Tee coach in 2014 and became the Player Development Coordinator at Meadow Park Golf Course in 2020.
