At-Home Program
First Tee Equipment Program
While we are all staying safe and healthy at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to bring First Tee — South Puget Sound to you! If your First Tee participant would like to borrow equipment during our stay-at-home period we will bring you one SNAG club, ball, and target. All equipment will be sanitized prior to drop off, gloves will be worn, and we will leave the equipment on your doorstep to keep with social distancing. Equipment will need to be returned to First Tee — South Puget Sound in a timely manner upon completion of the stay-at-home period.
Thank you to everyone who requested equipment! We hope you enjoy during this stay-at-home time and be sure to share with us how you are practicing at home. Follow along on social media with our Virtual Program Experience linked below.
Virtual Program Experience
If you are struggling to make it to the golf course, here are some helpful First Tee tips, tricks, and exercises you can do at home. Before trying any drills at home, ensure you have a safe area for the golfer. Make sure there is a set distance between the individual with the golf club and any other participants in the exercise. These drills are meant to be easy, at-home drills to keep your mind and body on golf, without having to go to the golf course. Click each title below to watch a video on that topic and learn more about what you can do at home to improve your golf game!
